Pink Shirt: $1
Skirt: $1
Dress: $1
-I really like this pink shirt, it's so versatile and i wear with a lot of things, although the down side is that it shows sweat stains really prominently -When I first saw this quilted skirt, I thought it was super awesome! I think I must of shrunk it a little in the wash because the lining is longer than the outer piece, but that is easily fixed
-As for the dress, I think it's more of a tunic because it has slits on the side, so wear something underneath is a must. I just liked how school-ish it looked, and hopefully make me look younger.
Pants: $2.50
Skirt: $2
-I thought these pants would be good to wear in the cooler months, except it's a little too high waist-ed. But if i wear a jumper over it, then it should be alright. It's so hard to find tailored pants that fit me in op shops, and I was pretty happy that i found these. Also they're country road branded so it's pretty good quality, well that's before I destroy them by vigorously hand-wash or machine wash them.
-This brown skirt was a way too big but I like how it was simple; it's got a suede-ish feel on the outside. I added in the two pleats and if you see, I may have burnt the material a little when ironing it.
Shirt: $2
Pants: $2
-Oh I love this blue shirt, it's so light and dainty and a little grandma-ry. I just love the details in this shirt and how it's different to normal shirts.
-I'm pretty much attracted to anything that has bright colours, and these pants were no exception. Again these are super high-waisted, but they fit quite well so that's good. I have still yet to wear them, but maybe i can wear them for an upcoming exam, they can be known as the pink pants (in reference to the orange cardigan).
Polka dot Blazer: $2
Cord Black Shorts: $1
Coral Jacket: $4
-I just like the simple polka dot print on this blazer, it's a little big but I don't mind. I thought it was a really good light jacket to wear when it get a little colder at night. Plus it has functional pockets which are so useful.
-I've been seeing cord shorts a lot on blogs, and I wanted one for myself, actually I would like maroon one but I'm still looking. I think I will wear this with stockings because I'm quite self conscious about my legs and they're quite short too.
-I LOVE this jacket, the colour is amazing and nothing like i've seen before, it's a lot more brighter and richer in colour in real life. But I've only wore it once so I'm a little bummed. I can't wait to go back to Melbourne, so i can put this jacket in more use.
Dress: $2
Blazer: $2.50
-The bright colour and pattern was what attracted me to this dress, and the small size as well! It would be perfect for the hot summer, but with stockings and jackets I can also wear this in winter. I just need to shorten it despite I like the feeling of wearing it that long. It's such a bummer I don't have access to a sewing machine up here. It means I have to bring clothes back and forth.
-You can never have enough blazers, right? I like the double-breasted design of this one, and again it's not super huge on me. It goes with pretty much anything although it does get wrinkled, so it doesn't look that great when I like to shove my jackets in my bag.
So that's some of thrifted clothes I have for now, I'll take some more photos of the other clothes that I didn't get a chance to photographing, and there are a lot more! Oh man, I feel like going op shopping now.
Love Squealer!
